At Sydney Van Lining, we understand that every van is used differently — whether it's for trade, delivery, rentals, or personal transport. That’s why we offer a clear and straightforward range of pre-defined van lining variants. Our goal is to make the selection process simple, fast, and frustration-free.
Instead of navigating complex quotes or one-size-fits-all solutions, you get precisely cut options designed to suit your specific van model and configuration — including options for vehicles with glass windows. No cutting corners. No compromises.
Van Lining Variants – Explained
We’ve split our lining system into logical sections so you can select only what you need. Whether you're lining the full interior or just the floors and doors, you have control — and clear pricing from the start.
Flooring
Our flooring is built for toughness. It features a durable birch core, laminated on both sides, and topped with a 1mm high-pressure laminate (HPL). This creates a non-slip, water-resistant surface made to endure the daily wear of commercial and heavy-duty use.
Each panel is securely finished with H extrusions between joins and U caps in high-traffic zones, giving your van a professional and long-lasting result.

Upper Wall Panels
These complete the upper half of the internal wall lining. They’re made from the same durable 7mm polypropylene material, offering a consistent and polished finish from floor to ceiling.
Upper Wall Panels – Glass Window Variant
If your van has glass side windows, you can choose our glass-compatible upper wall panel variant. These are cut specifically to fit around the windows, leaving visibility intact while still providing protection around the frames and adjoining surfaces. This option helps you retain light and visibility while avoiding the hassle of custom modification.
Rear Door Panels – Glass Window Variant
If your van has glass windows on the rear doors, we offer an optional rear door panel variant designed to fit around the window areas. This ensures that the rest of the door is still protected without interfering with the glass. It’s an ideal solution for maintaining both protection and visibility.
Rear Door Panels
Our standard rear door panels are designed to cover the bottom half of the rear doors, or the entire area where there is no glass. These are built using our 7mm polypropylene plastic to protect high-impact loading zones during regular use.
How to Choose the Right Combination
We make it easy to get the right fit:
Start with your van model. We offer lining kits for popular vehicles like the Toyota HiAce (H200, H300), Peugeot Expert, and others.
Check if your van has side or rear windows. This determines whether you need the glass window-compatible variants.
Pick the sections you want covered. Choose full coverage, just the floor, or any combination that suits your usage and budget.
You don’t have to worry about awkward customisation or unclear pricing — just purpose-built components that are made to fit and built to last.
