In this case study, we explore the transformation of a 2019 Toyota HiAce long wheelbase van using our premium lining products. This project showcases the significant impact that quality van lining can have on both functionality and protection.
The 2019 Toyota HiAce was in good condition externally, but the interior showed signs of wear and tear from regular use. The bare metal surfaces were susceptible to scratches, dents, and rust, while the cargo area lacked protection against moisture and impacts. The interior organization was minimal, making it difficult to keep tools and equipment in order.
We began by assessing the van’s interior to identify the best lining product. The focus was on enhancing durability, moisture resistance, and creating an organized work environment.
Based on our assessment, we recommended our laminated marine-grade birch plywood for the flooring and 7mm polypropylene plastic flight panel sheet for walls. These materials are renowned for their superior strength and resistance to water damage, making it ideal for a work van setting.
The next step involved thoroughly cleaning the van’s interior to remove dirt and debris. This preparation ensured optimal adhesion of the lining materials and addressed any rust spots.
We meticulously scanned the vehicle interior and cut the plywood to fit the van’s interior. The installation process included binding the panels with high-quality adhesive.
After the lining was installed, A final inspection ensured everything was secure and finished to high standards.
